Earth Can You Hear Us? The ArtCOP21 Summit Launch: LIVE!

On the first day of COP21, Monday 30th November at St Pancras Station, London – ArtCop21 partners with 100% renewable firm Good Energy, to bring a live and loud array of performances calling for major climate action.

EARTH CAN YOU HEAR US? will fill the station’s Grand Terrace with music, poetry and talks, as UK delegates board the trains bound for Paris to participate in the most crucial United Nations summit in history.

Hosted by BBC Radio 1 presenter Gemma Cairney,, and starring UN Climate Poet Kathy Jetnil-Kijiner and internationally acclaimed beatboxer ShlomoAlso speaking will be David Buckland, Director of  Cape Farewell – the UK organisation behind the ArtCop21 programme – and Juliet Davenport, founder of Good Energy.

Cape Farewell and COAL present ArtCOP21


With over 400 events in 46 countries – ArtCOP21 is connecting hundreds of thousands of people to the climate challenge through an extensive global program of major public art installations, exhibitions, concerts, performances, talks, conferences, workshops, family events and film screenings taking place right across Paris and worldwide. Climate is Culture.

Throughout COP21, COAL and Cape Farewell will be holding a daily programme of events at La Gaîté Lyrique, Paris, featuring fantastic key speakers such as Jeremy Leggett, Gideon Mendel and Lucy + Jorge Orta, to name just a few.
